My room had a musty odor, and safety felt compromised with questionable characters around. Though some staff were thoughtful, it didn’t overshadow the many issues. A puzzling choice indeed!

The parking lot was riddled with large potholes, and a broken pane of glass near an entrance raised security concerns. Although I appreciated the staff's prompt refund and understanding, the overall atmosphere was unsettling enough that I chose to leave for a more secure option elsewhere.

There were limited dining options and the noise levels from outside were occasionally disruptive.
